He became a peace advocate and motivational speaker, and lobbied on Capitol Hill on behalf of peace, people with disabilities, and children with life-threatening conditions.

The rational Harold leaving bikers,he maybe will be disturb again.The another reason might he have because Harold was not normal person because he had illness like depression with memoriess he wife.Yes,like the same reason in the first  answer the biker will disturb he again and attack him with knife maybe.

e). The title are  appropriateness and effectiveness  because the story is about flashback and Harold realy life.
