Use of the Present Perfect

In British English the present perfect is used to express an action that has occurred in the recent past that has an effect on the present moment. For example:

I've lost my key. Can you help me look for it?

In American English the following is also possible:

I lost my key. Can you help me look for it?

In British English the above would be considered incorrect. However, both forms are generally accepted in standard American English. Other differences involving the use of the present perfect in British English and simple past in American English include already, just and yet.

British English:

I've just had lunch

I've already seen that film

Have you finished your homework yet?

American English:

I just had lunch OR I've just had lunch

I've already seen that film OR I already saw that film.

Have your finished your homework yet? OR Did you finish your homework yet?

What makes a good teacher.

My opinion for be a good teacher ;

•        Always be on time for work. A professional teacher understands the need to start the day well, every day. Truly professional teachers will make sure that they arrive at least ten minutes before the first bell rings, so as to prepare themselves mentally for the day ahead.

•           Make a class more interesting and do it some game on your class. So, the student will be a creative student.

•    Be a part among the student. As the teacher we must flexible, don’t be a serious in all the time. So, the student will be not depressed.

He  was famous because he was an American poet, who had six books of poetry and one book of essays all reach The New York Times bestsellers list. He became a peace advocate and motivational speaker, and lobbied on Capitol Hill on behalf of peace, people with disabilities, and children with life-threatening conditions.

3. What is Phosthurmously ?

The meaning of Phosthurmously it is after death…

a). The singnificant events in the story are revealed through     flashback,the wife was killed by same situation like the bikers death.He also flashback the memories of Harold’s childhood,and the bullies in his school.

b). The death of Harold’s wife can’t expected.He was really trauma went his wife death and Harold can’t accept.

c). The author make the many conflict in this story.

d). The rational Harold leaving bikers,he maybe will be disturb again.The another reason might he have because Harold was not normal person because he had illness like depression with memoriess he wife.Yes,like the same reason in the first  answer the biker will disturb he again and attack him with knife maybe.

e). The title are  appropriateness and effectiveness  because the story is about flashback and Harold realy life.
